Jiangnan earned his B.Sc. in Chemistry from Nankai University (NKU) in 2025 under the supervision of Prof. Yongsheng Liu. During his undergraduate studies, he was recognized with several awards, including the Nankai University Academic Excellence Scholarship, the Blue Shield Talents Third-Class Scholarship, and First Place in the Personal Knowledge Competition at the Tianjin Chemistry Competition. His undergraduate research focused on designing novel organic functional materials, developing two-dimensional (2D) perovskite systems with tunable energy band structures, and constructing crystal packing models of organic spacers using single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In August 2025, he began his Ph.D. program at NUS under the guidance of Prof. Somin Park.
